Winemaker Mark Rattray has done an amazing job here. Nashi pear, apple strudel and spice aromas with a very full and flavoursome palate showing ripe pear and stone fruit. Great with white meats, Asian-style foods, fish, pasta, salads, cheese, desserts featuring apples or pear. A give-away!
